Patna, April 11 (IANS) The Bihar government’s new rules governing the use of social media by its employees, warning of strict disciplinary action in case of violations, finally came into force.

Kejriwal and the others discharged in the liquor policy case have sought the recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing a petition by the Central Bureau of Investigation against the trial court’s decision. The court has accepted Kejriwal’s application.

In a key move, the Delhi government has cleared a proposal to allow Delhi Police to set up police posts at subways, beneath flyovers and near foot overbridges (FOBs) across the city, targeting spaces widely seen as unsafe.
